专利摘要:
The printing cylinders or other functional units of a printing machine are engaged and disengaged by positioning units. When a positioning unit receives an activating signal, its response thereto includes a dead time or delay time. Because the activation of the positioning units proceeds in dependence upon the angular position of a rotary reference component of the printing machine, and all operations are synchronized in terms of angular positions and angular spans, the dead time of the positioning units, when expressed in angular units, is a function of the operating speed of the printing machine. If the operating speed is variable, proper angular synchronization tends to be lost. The invention includes a clocked control unit clocked in angular synchronism with machine operation and determining when positioning units are to be activated and time-delay stages which introduce compensatory time delays into the application of activating signals to the positioning units. The compensatory time delays are automatically varied as a function of machine operating speed.

(54) DEVICE FOR CONTROL OF PRINTING MACHINE
The invention relates to devices for controlling printing machines and can be used in the printing industry.
A device for controlling the printing machine is known, comprising a logic unit / amplifier unit connected to an actuator, an angle-voltage converter and a delay unit t1.
A disadvantage of the known device is a violation of the synphase control of functional groups.
The aim of the invention is to expand the technological capabilities. .
This goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for controlling a printing machine containing a logic unit, an amplifier unit connected to an actuator, an angular voltage converter and a delay unit, the output voltage-voltage converter is connected to the input of a delay unit, the output of which is connected through a logic unit to the input of the amplifier unit. The delay unit may consist of a capacitor, a parallel-connected resistor and a non-linear resistor, an inverter and a NOT-OR logic element, the output of which is connected via a capacitor to one of the terminals of the resistor and the input of the inverter, with the output of the latter connected to the corresponding input of the logic unit and one of the inputs the logical element is NOT-OR,
10 and the second resistor lead is connected to the output of the angle-to-voltage converter.
FIG. 1 shows a block diagram of a control unit with elements
15 delays; in fig. 2 - cxeMct of the delay element in FIG. 3 is a representation of the delay time ty of the delay element as a function of the angular velocity from the press.

[1]
The device contains a logic unit consisting of a clock generator 1, an OR logic unit 2 and a clock generator 3, delay blocks 4 and 5, an amplifier unit consisting of amplifiers 6 and 7, an actuator consisting of elements 8 and 9 and the angle-to-voltage converter 10, the output of which is connected to the input of a delay unit, the output of which through a logic unit is connected to the input of an amplifier unit and the delay unit consists of a capacitor 11 connected in parallel to resistor 12 and a nonlinear resistor 13, inverter 14 and a logic element m 15 HB-OR, whose output through a capacitor 11 is connected to one of the terminals of the resistor 12 and the input of the inverter 14, the output of the latter connected to the corresponding input of the logic unit and one and the inputs of the logic element 15, and the second output of the resistor is connected to the output of the angle converter voltage 10.. The trigger signal for the late-performing artist. element should be delayed to compensate for the lag time depending on the angular velocity of the press. The angle at which the trigger signal must be delayed is called the trigger angle. At low angular velocities, the trigger angle is large, and at large angles of velocity, MSS. Thus, the trigger angle decreases with increasing angular velocity. For the angle (1 start, the functional dependence on the angular velocity of the printing machine (j) + b is valid, where d is a constant depending on the structural parameters of the actuators; b is the calculated value. Time 3 delays is determined through, b the equation represents the hypocholic function of the dependence of the delay time ty on the angular velocity I of the printed machine. The device functions as follows. The clock pulses C and € 4 required for control delay with delay blocks 4 and 5. The delay of the delay blocks depends on the specific angular velocity received by the converter voltage-voltage 10. The first delay block 4 delays the clock pulse C. arriving at the first unit 1, which generates a signal O for a press control device, for example, a print start signal. Through the first amplifier b, the first actuating mechanism 8 is started, operating with a delay. The second delay unit 5 delays the clock pulse Cq, which arrives at the second logic unit. Through the logical element OR 2 and the second amplifier 7 from the first unit 1 or the second unit 3, the second actuator 9 is started, which operates with a delay. Delay blocks 4 and 5 operate on the hyperbolic characteristic of the delay time ty in connection with the angular speed 00 of the printing press. The circuit of delay blocks 4 and 5 is shown in FIG.

2. The delay unit is made in the form of a monostable multivibrator with a variable delay time ty ,. A voltage dependent on the angular velocity is applied to the CS chain 13 ± 11. The voltage drop across the gate of the NOT-OR 15 logical element switches the monostable multivibrator. At the input of the capacitor 11, the state transmitted by it to the inverter 14 is established. This state is fixed by the feedback of the inverter 14 with the NOT-15 logic element, so that the input signal does not affect the delay time ty. Through the resistor 12, the capacitor 11 is again charged according to the applied voltage dependent on the angular velocity. After: termination of the charge at the output of the capacitor, a state is established, which also occurs at its input. The delay time ty has expired. Using a linear combination of capacitance with a resistor 12 and a similarly constructed non-linear combination of capacitance with a resistor provides only a rough adjustment of the necessary hyperbolic dependence of the delay time ty of the delay element on the angular velocity and the press of the press. By switching on the resistor 13 in parallel with the resistor 12, the desired characteristic can be obtained. At low voltages, the resistance of the resistor 13 is greater than that of the parallel linear resistor 12, at high voltages, the opposite. At low angular velocity ω, the delay time ty is determined by resistor 12, at high angular velocity, by an additional resistor 13. The use of the invention makes it possible to expand the technological capabilities of the device.
